Hindi translation
Certified Hindi translation for one of the largest language communities in the UAE. Native Hindi translators handling certificates, contracts and personal documents, with Ministry of Justice certification where the authority requires it.
Professional Hindi translation in Dubai and the UAE
Hindi is native to India and has travelled with the Indian diaspora to countries across the world, the UAE among the most significant. Roughly 30 per cent of Indians living in the Emirates speak Hindi, which makes it one of the most requested languages at our office after Arabic and English.
That volume is mostly personal and legal: birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic records, driving licences, affidavits and employment documents, all of which need certified Arabic translation to be accepted here.
Commercial work follows the trade between India and the Gulf: contracts, trade licences, invoices and corporate filings. See document translation for the corporate side.

About the language
Hindi is written in the Devanagari script and is among the most spoken languages in the world. In the UAE it functions as a community language rather than an official one, which is precisely why documents written in it have to be translated before an authority will act on them.
The practical difficulty is transliteration. A Hindi name written in Devanagari can be rendered into the Latin alphabet in several defensible ways, and a certificate that spells it differently from the passport will be queried.
So we ask for the passport spelling with every document and follow it exactly, across a whole family’s file rather than one document at a time.

FAQ
Yes. Hindi and Urdu are closely related in speech but written in different scripts — Devanagari and the Perso-Arabic script — and a document in one is not readable as the other. Tell us which script your document uses and we will assign the right translator. See Urdu translation.
Yes. Where the document is going to a UAE court, ministry or government department, we provide a Ministry of Justice certified translation, stamped and signed by a licensed translator. For universities, employers, banks and embassies, a certified translation on our company letterhead is normally what is required. Tell us the destination and we will issue the right one.
Short documents such as a certificate are typically ready in about four hours when we receive them during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Longer documents and rarer subject areas are usually returned within 24 to 48 hours. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
Price depends on the length of the document, the language pair, the subject and whether you need certification, notarisation or a hard copy. Send us a scan and you will get a fixed price rather than an estimate that moves later.
Yes. Hindi work is done by native speakers of the target language who also have a background in the subject — legal, medical, technical or commercial — because terminology is where a fluent but non-specialist translation comes apart.
A clear scan or photograph is enough for the translation itself. If the authority receiving it requires a stamped hard copy, we produce one for collection at our office on Sheikh Zayed Road or for courier.
They will if you send us the passport spelling. Transliterating a name into or out of Arabic has more than one valid answer, and a translation that disagrees with the passport is the most common reason a document is sent back. Send both together and we match them exactly.
Yes. We provide Hindi interpreters for meetings, hearings, medical appointments and conferences, on site across the UAE or remotely. See interpretation services for the modes available.
Yes. Access is restricted, handling is secure, and your document is used only for your translation. An NDA is available on request, and it is signed as a matter of course for corporate and legal work.
